ABOUT US

Here are a few words from our founder, Mehera.

Nourishing people has been part of my identity and legacy for as long as I can remember.  Whether it was stories of my great grandmother on her mother’s side baking bread to support her family through The Great Depression or my grandmother on father’s side delighting the residents of Melvin Village with her famous brownies, baking has always been in my blood.  I deeply believe that the love and dedication that goes into baking shines through in the finished product and that nothing is more gratifying than feeding a person’s body and soul with my food.
 
I live on the banks of the Swift River in Tamworth with my husband and two daughters.  We love this community and seek to give back to it in every way we can.
